Today I'm gonna give you a small lesson about swatches.
SWATCHES!? I was just as confused as you guys are right now!
A swatch is a small sample of a material explored in a way which intended to demonstrate the look of a larger piece. It may include it's texture, feel and finish.
My swatches are based around my essence which is 'Playing around with colors!'
In my first swatch, i'll be using newpapers and sticking them together using fevicol water and plaster of paris.
And you know, i need to play around with colors (who likes a dull newpaper anyway!) (I've never even read one.)
I'll be using different paints on newspaper as used in Graffiti. Beng the forgetful person i am, i'll be updating my blog with the pictures in the next post.
